I'm just hoping after it's done I'll have a little more money a little sooner to put towards my future Brookside palace. I didn't catch wind of this at all until yesterday. This will turn this whole area into a much more appealing place to live. I thought the whole mall was on the verge on being con...

Always difficult..It depends on the band..VIP is a section up front and gated off . higher end booze, snacks, access to West plus a few more benefits. We cant guarantee the artist will do photos. Can someone fill me in on VIP? I told my mom I'd get her Costner tickets. Not sure if VIP will increase her chances to meet him and get the photo op.

Re: police response to crime from a victim's point of view.
I've called in to the kc police twice. Someone tore into my storage unit in my apartment at 8th and broadway. I wanted to make a report just in case. I couldn't remember what was in there but I knew there was some of my personal info. A cop came out in 20 minutes and went door to door to see if anyo...

How long do you think they'll let you take glass bottles down to your seat???
The restrooms in the diamond club were top notch with no lines. I would even consider making number 2 there.

I hope it was just because it was opening day, but the place really felt like a giant bar full of tail chasers. The whole place was packed but no one could stay in their seats. A little T-Pain and it would of been alot like Skybox. Lot of PDA up in the diamond club. It is nicer though, but I will mi...

Seconded. Someone else ....im2kull? suggested it a while ago. I support it. Thirded... I know this site is supposed to be about development, but I don't want to start a habit of checking multiple forums everyday. Talking to locals is nice too because you can share info on contractors, stores, sa...

Re: First Time House Buyer Question
Lets say a bunch of college guys want to pool their assets and get a larger house, can they purchase (Rather than rent) by having like multiple ownership? A Cow-worker of mine did the same thing. Him and three of his friends bought a $400k house together. So when he decided to spend 2 years getting...

Re: Kansas City May Lose Chiefs, Royals to Budget Deficit
I bet professional sport teams are much more profitable than most businesses right now. I'm sure many investors would be willing to gamble on relocating these teams rather than Fortune 500 companies. We spent $500 million already to get those leases for 25 years, now we throw it all away to save $50...
