Design qualms aside, it's great to see a development proposal here (especially one of good density). This really isn't the greatest lot/location and it makes all the more head-scratching why some of the more prime lots around Westport remain surface lots or underdeveloped.

Good catch. Looks like the typical NSPJ design, although it seems to feature a little less stucco and more brick/cast stone. If the materials are right, I think this could look decent enough. I think there is zero chance it makes it to the tax auction. All the current owner has to do is pay of a portion of the tax debt or set up a payment plan. I doubt they will lose the property.
