While not the only solution, Austin is demonstrating that building significantly more housing leads to lower rents. It’s all coming out. Not to take away from the Royals part but Frank White is equally if not more to blame for the late rollout. The royals tried to engage and negotiate the lease and CBA with him as soon as early fall 2023. He wouldn’t even sit down with them. That’s true. But those conversations ...
