Take a look at the renderings on twolightkc.com. Art is planned for the three floors without windows in your picture and the north wall, I believe.

This has been one of my most anticipated developments downtown recently, but I toured a few of the units during the Urban Homes Tour last month and was pretty disappointed by what they were offering.

Progress has been pretty slow over the last month. They're taking their sweet time with the amenity level, and the holidays and cold temperatures didn't help.

Heard from a friend that 1114 Baltimore has a renovation proposal. Studios and one bedroom units above ground floor retail. Rents going below market rate.

He actually lives on the top floor of One Light, but yes, that price is a little ridiculous for this market.

I've seen some cities with signs at some problem intersections that say '$300 ticket for causing gridlock' that I'd like to see KC adapt. The ...

The pricing sheet I received from one of the leasing agents lists parking at $100/space. I'm not sure what to believe anymore. Unless one space is included and each additional is $100?

I'm still not a fan of the materials and awful color choices, but I will say it looks a lot better than the original renderings.
