I think it looks nice. Even a 20 floor version of this would look great there. Much larger than I was expecting. The part I like are the double height spaces throughout the tower, ground floor looks like it'll be top notch too.

This should be a fun one. I'd hope the chosen proposal includes the office and retail components of the RFP + some residential. The more people that can live in downtown, and on the streetcar line, the better. 12 floors seems right for something at this site.

I think it's going to be a fun and unique place. Considering where this is, it's just right. Ferris Wheel will be visible way down the highway.

If anything ever came of this, revert back to the original city limits. Might reduce tax money, but there would be less roads and land to take care of.

This is a significant project -- more than it seems. It's because it's such a small parcel, and it's mixed-use that appears to not be seeking incentives. When small parcels like this start getting developed, it means the streetcar line is make those parcels valuable. I expect that if this is succes...

^I think that's what it'll be like as well. I like No Vacancy, is my preferred place to stay when I come to visit mostly because the rooms there are unique and different. I hope that the small hotel at 413 Delaware has unique rooms themed to the neighborhood.
