Not to get into that but we do have a vast city footprint with not a lot of density which does strain the ability to plow it all (money and manpower) but yes annoying to continue to hear the same excuse and no real action to make it better.

He is 100x the city manager shulte was, it's not even a debate.

The bartender was at Mean Mule. Supposedly got "pulled into a meeting" about it. seems pretty unreliable but they sounded confident so thought I'd share.

what was the scope of the study? Crossing the RR is one problem but even using industrial is pretty treacherous and I wouldn't recommend anybody walk it currently.

digging up some delayed projects here, nothing new has been filed plans/permit wise. Site was last inspected back in 2023 for property violations.
