Quality starts A while back we had the discussion about a rotation of five #3 starters, and what that would mean. True #1s are hard to come by and expensive if you do. Manheim's number has been reduced by about 30 houses. They still have 18 people preregistered, but only 35 more to go, instead of the 60-something they needed yesterday.
