They are very nice buildings. I know one concern for people will be that there is no Spanish features to match the plaza.

Just infill the whole west side of Broadway from PAC to Southwest blvd with similar concepts. That would be skyline changing.

The proposal released for Broadway today is more exciting than this. Still nice infill minus the 100 driveways.

Sad thing is on the neighborhood pages people are still complaining. They will never be happy and only want to hold the city back.

I agree. Release the rendering!

If they can build more like this as quick as this project I would be very happy!

I agree with the above. I got a hotel downtown and spent all my time everywhere else.
