They are very nice buildings. I know one concern for people will be that there is no Spanish features to match the plaza.

Just infill the whole west side of Broadway from PAC to Southwest blvd with similar concepts. That would be skyline changing.

The proposal released for Broadway today is more exciting than this. Still nice infill minus the 100 driveways.

On City Market seating... instead of dedicated seating per restaurant, CM could get these cheap almost disposable table/chairs and place in every nook/cranny around CM.
