Where do you even get your news from? If the WSJ is too “far left” for your tastes I can’t imagine there’s any news source left that you’re willing to entertain. Yet, you hold such strong convictions you must be getting your ideas from somewhere right?

The #2 site next to the Lyric YMCA is just mind boggling. It would be next door to the BNIM garage that's just 5 years old and across the street from the monstrous KCDC garage. The Library District should be renamed the Garage District.

If tech like that could replace plain old decent rail service, I think we would've seen it in places like Japan or Europe by now.

If KC Life is ever vanquished, this could be a good candidate for historic replication. Fairly simple design and not particularly large.

Unless I'm horribly mistaken, the point of park and ride is giving the suburban drivers who would otherwise be meandering around searching for parking an easy but unintrusive place to park. The park and ride makes a lot of sense for the streetcar. If parking is centralized by the HoA Bridge or similar locations on the fringes of the line, it would open up parking spaces along the line itself for development, and keep drivers looking for parking off the streets.
