How many times can you repackage these facilities? Just polishing a turd at this point, they've had their time. The KC metro doesn't need multiple arenas and convention facilities and even if these disappeared tomorrow we'd still be oversubscribed. Great location for a new Chiefs Stadium IMO.

I see Kemper/Hy-Vee Arena is up for sale. I'd happily see that and the American Royal flattened to make way for a new Chiefs stadium.

What new stadium would you want in KC? Would we take the new Bills stadium for our own? Nashville would be great if Chiefs went near downtown I think there's next to no chance of the latter and very much the former, although I know what I'd prefer. The car centric tailgate culture is too strong here.

Makes too much sense. Kills a ton of surface lots and has the least potential of them facing legal action. Too many issues with demolitions and evictions on most of the other sites.
