Rising gas prices affect everything in our economy, not just people that choose to drive. Basically everything we see, hear, taste, and touch relies on gasoline. If it gets more expensive , other things will follow suit, causing a cascade effect throughout the economy. Bingo! ...Thats the problem.....

i know that i would go see any kind of hockey in kansas city, so im kind of dissapointed...nice cheap minor league was fine for me for the short term since im a second degree seeking student, in debt up to my eyeballs...

im sure this has been covered... and please forgive my ignorance in advance... but... what happened to the outlaws?! i was looking forward to watching some hockey once i moved to kcmo, even if it was minor league! i was born in st. louis, so hockey (and baseball) was all important to me growing up.....

as much as i love columbia, it seems like a lot of people try WAY to hard to be cool. i see a little less of that in lawrence. i feel the most comfortable at rock shows, etc in kcmo though. columbia has always felt like a psychotic fashion show of some kind, everybody is judging everybody else. to b...
