From Admiral it looks like the same place there was a fire a month or so ago, but this time flames are leaping as high as the grain elevators. Looks like Front St. is closed off. Now traffic backing up on 35/29, dont know if from gawkers or if they are closing Paseo bridge.

KC Live is the one block between 13th and 14th, Walnut and Grand and is within the larger Power and Light District.

Maybe they can put the wheel OVER the river so bicyclists could use it to cross in lieu of a bridge bike lane. This whole idea is as goofy as a episode of the Simpsons.

They said further condos will be market driven and also remarked that the 13th and Baltimore and the Broadway projects will also be coming on the market around the same time. I would not hold my breath on further Cordish condos in near future.

Drum Room has a fixed price for two for $140, $170 with wine. Entrees were a beef filet, lamb or sea bass. Chocolate soup for desert.

A dozen or so years ago Miller Nichols wanted to block off Wornal at 46th Terrace and have the block south of it as an art filled plaza. You know, that diagonal block in front of Houston's.
