hard to imagine White Castle has held out on KC this long to make Grain Valley their first location.... doesn't add up.

this project will never happen. Its too hard to finance something like this without substantial incentives. The City gave their incentives to the Hobby Lobby development which hasn't done a damn thing in 3 years. I cant think of a single retailer that would want to be there, the ones that might want...

pretty sure its going to be a TiresPlus location.

from what i hear.... the plan is to close the existing cinemark so AMC can come in and do a smaller, upscale format with fewer screens. They have to to this because part of the existing theater space needs to be vacated for the Nords build.

Those are existing stores. The NEW stores and relocation are drive-thru where possible. Urban areas where Drive thru is either prohibited by zoning or prohibited by opportunity will remain normal. Its not just galleria that would be trying to do this. They are looking to relocate several in the KC a...

that Panera doesn't have a drive-thru though.... all new stores have one. read between the lines.
