Re: Sky and Cordish $253M project
Any updates on this project? I find it to be one of the more interesting proposals, but it strangely reminds me of “the wellington(?)” on the north side of the loop that was cancelled years ago.

Re: OFFICIAL: Port Authority Riverfront Project
I’m all about the development along the riverfront and yet, nothing that has been built or proposed is any more exciting than suburban apartments. My wish for anything in the core downtown area (river to 31st) is bigger and denser. I know I’m beating a dead horse by saying this, so apologies in adva...

Re: Phase 2 streetcar to North Kansas City
I would love for this to happen. NKC has so much going for it right now. Also, I think it would help other municipalities in joining a more connected transportation system. Just my thoughts. Thank you Dave for the summary!

Re: OPUS at Broadway Blvd and Westport Road
I love this development. It brings such a presence to that corner. I also like the mostly brick facade and darker gray.

Re: OFFICIAL - Grand Place (former KC Star building)
Super dumb question, but did I read somewhere that there will be "private baths" in the lower level of this development or did I randomly dream this? If I actually did read that correctly (and clearly I can't think of the source), then what does a "private bath" entail...? Men’s...

Re: Improving the AT&T Longlines Building
Sometimes I think this building is hideous and then other times I see it as quite lovely with it's somewhat symmetry. The building is huge and I wonder what it would look like if it had set backs and new floors added.
