I had never seen that rendering. That would certainly make that sidewalk feel more "ped-friendly" while walking past.

I'd expect some sort of other economic development announcements in or around the all-star game to continue the "party" and try to play up KC's momentum.

this is a dumb policy and a big mistake. Part of what made that space great was always having families sitting around while their children play in the fountain.
