so bring it back then. nothing will cannonize crown center, it is it's own place. p&l will not hurt anything there, they are not planning a 100 foot tall christmas tree or an ice skating rink, or the world headquarters for hallmark downtown, or the 1400 hotel rooms, wait, they already have that....

yeah grid, there is a small difference between rick and bruce. but, either one will generate a few of those kodak moments of the independence and blue springs people riding the metro, nervously wondering why they cannot lock the doors on the bus...............

like say for example 1009 grand, or that wastoid lot we talk about, or mcgee street from like 16th til the hyatt, etc. leave that park alone, it looks nice. a few parks will not hurt downtown. geez

so after they rip this eyesore out, it will get leveled, and the spot will immediately get dug out and the construction will begin? i hope??!?!?!?!?

both of the halls survive because of hallmark employees. unless things have changed since i worked there in 94, you can simply charge whatever you want in any halls store, and have it payroll deducted. i think not only a halls downtown, but why not a huge, wonderland, fairytale style flagship store ...

yeah, i read that too. i dont think of them relocating back to 12th street and main, but somewhere would be nice though

you stole my wind myx, i remember my last drive by that building ( in june ) showed me a shitload of vagrants, bums, and not a nice area to live, this could really help that.
