Re: World Cup 2026 at Arrowhead?
Right. Reading all the comments on social media right now from KC people is annoying. KC people are so delirious. Not only does the city really need to find a way to get some major improvements done to infrastructure and hotels etc, but KC people have got to stop thinking areas like Village West wi...

Re: World Cup 2026 at Arrowhead?
Can we get some sidewalks on Blue Ridge Cut-Off now? Right. Reading all the comments on social media right now from KC people is annoying. KC people are so delirious. Re: East Side Development
Regrettably, the chunky old brick apartment building at 33rd and Paseo partially collapsed and then was demolished a couple months ago. It was the last remnant of multifamily pre-war housing between Linwood and Armour.

Indeed. Of course, he wrote "KC", not "KCMO," then figured out he fucked up. Expat St Louis sports fans can't get anything right.

Re: Sporting Kansas City
Quit your drivel. Next you’ll be talking about the St. Louis Steamers and “soccer USA” and how it’s the center of the soccer universe but are just now back peddling into an MLS team when the league has been around for decades. Enjoy your Expansion team. the blues are an Expansion team i'll take it....

Re: Rankings, lists, and such
St. Louis has some of the best historic residential stock that I’ve seen available. Meh, I’m kind of with the kids on this one. St Louis has a fairly unique look. It’s just not one a lot of people really want, or the downsides to St Louis do not outweigh whatever charm someone might feel, and there...

Re: Muehlebach Hotel / KC Club Project
If that was directed at me because I live in the DC area, you failed. First off, I'm not even all that fond of DC's new construction. Most of it is bland as hell. However, you almost never see pedestals in DC or above ground parking structures at all. So I really don't understand your point other t...

Re: Would you like to see the Royals move to a downtown stadium?
Overthinking. Rebuild a replica of post-grass/pre-remodel Kauffman on 18th between Paseo/Troost. Maybe make it 10-15K seats smaller. Consider air conditioning.

Re: Misc Crossroads News
I don’t want to sound callous, because the murder that caused all this knee-jerking is tragic, and should horrify and anger people. But it seems like a lot of overreacting. How many people have attended First Fridays over the course of it’s history? How many of them were killed there? Are food truck...

Re: 2019 Mayor/Council Elections
Since everyone since the founding of the city has run on the platform of reducing crime, what can Lucas do to reduce crime that hasn’t been done already? Personally, I’d love to see KCPD come under local control and have to combine duplicate services with the city in order to be better stewards of ...
