The owner shows up as "Cimarron Lumber & Supply Company" on Parcel Viewer. Building Demo Permit was issued on 11/15.

Wasn't sure where to put this one....I guess the Westport is close enough.

Anyone know why this building is currently being demoed? This city is getting knocked down faster than it is being built up.

Had noticed a little bit of activity around the building at 913 Wyandotte. Always hoped a use would be found for it, but according to Parcel Viewer a pre-demo inspection was in October. Fencing has gone up around it.

So, it is pretty safe to say we have no vision and we aren't getting the HQ, right?

Probably doesn't mean anything, but I did see some surveyors on that block a couple weeks ago.

IIRC, the OKC 21c worked deals to have apartments built on the surrounding parking lots. Let's hope the same thing is happening here.

I've heard it will be in the Mixing Bowl location. Didn't realize they were demoing, but makes sense. I hope they get rid of the front parking.

It will fill a niche that isn't currently in BKS. Also, a pizza/taproom will be opening adjacent to Brookside ...

When is Cordish going to develop the Midland Office building?

I don't know if there has ever been a time that teens didn't congregate...the plaza just happens to be the popular spot right now. Won't be surprised if downtown eventually ends up being the hang out. Teens will be teens..
