Re: 911 Linwood Redevelopment as Senior Housing
Whatever is happening, it better happen fast. Affordable housing funding and historic tax credits are both on the chopping block on the federal and state level. I would assume this project would utilize both. a Agreed! Time is short. From reading the last article about this project, the new owner, ...

Re: 911 Linwood Redevelopment as Senior Housing
Was there ever any progress on the 911 linwood project? Seems like it has gone nowhere. In another thread, a poster notes a Troost & "-Linwood - UC/B proposal for 134 units + retail in 3 phases. Still very preliminary."

Re: OFFICIAL - City Club Apartments (former Midwest Hotel)
This is so sad for a promising project. I hope they are not commenting fraud but still that the developers have a generous insurance policy and the damage isn't too bad :( Need to get the financing lined up asap, their investment is literally going up in smoke. https://cdn.vox-cdn.com/thumbor/GVCeaY...

Architecture and density on this project is great. Great mix of modern/industrial that will add character to the locations cityscape.

Re: Two Light - 14th & Grand
I'd also take the fact that there isn't an official rendering of the towers from this angle (the most photographed angle in the city!) as suspicious. I agree with the general sentiment as well. While I understand they have a particular architect/style they would like to stick to, if they could be m...

Does anyone know where the 4-story apartment elevations have been posted? -Coming from with a "vested" (can see it out my window) interest in the project. Very exciting with all of the development in this area, these two projects, the Springhill suites, the ~70 unit 46&Summit project, ...

Re: Six Light
I meant in addition to the H&R Block space. Currently contemplated we have 1-3 apartments. 4 light which is listed for hotel/apartments. If this is accurate, 5 light would be on the former H&R Block airspace you mention. However, it has been discussed for a 6 light on this sub and there was ...

Re: Six Light
Here is an overhead map from Cordish. Still TBD exactly where the other tower (5-6?) in addition to the H&R Block space is supposed to go. SW Corner of 14th and Baltimore (They have it marked as "Convention Hotel" on this map, as it was originally in contention for that) is what we are...

Re: Misc Crossroads News
So looks like Crossroads East says they want their parcel (NE quadrant) incorporated into this plan? Does that mean they plan on selling their parcel to Milhaus?
