Too vague an association between SB + WM.  Villify Starbucks for bastardizing espresso.  As an employer they have generous benefits and high retention- unlike Wal-mart.

The popularization of the arts in Kansas City has festered a 'scene' feeding off of a 'community.'  Understand that there's a difference between the entities.  It's created a lot of detrimental talk and speculation.  That's not even the real estate market. Sunday nights at YJ's some of the city's best jam after hours while the restaurant closes shop.  You can sit on the block w/ yr coffee or snack and hear Oscar Williams, Arnie Young et. al form impromptu combos.  It is living jazz.
