Re: New Chiefs Stadium
I would say they overdid the LED boards when they updated the K. To much visual noise for not enough return, specifically thinking about the ones in the outfield wall. Hopefully both teams will consider some form of permanent locations for image mapping the field. We have been outfitting arenas for ...

Re: Downtown Baseball Stadium
Those white sox renderings are beautiful. Very nice, and interesting how they would move further North closer to the main "heart of downtown" in Chicago. I wonder how the old school "south siders" would feel about this location. Looks great and would be a great location in relat...

Always assumed they were temporary, and we would start seeing curbs eventually. Probably not before Bobby Whitt Jr. retires though.

Don't like Truth. How about Red Line Road, rolls off the tongue and reminds us of our history.

An interesting article. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/thousands-of-u-s-cities-could-become-virtual-ghost-towns-by-2100/ "The Urban U.S. could look very different in the year 2100, in part because thousands of cities might be rendered virtual ghost towns. According to findings publ...

Nobody is I've got to get off this forum. I'm really trying to offer up information and insight that no one else can, surely you understand what I mean. There was some pushback 20 years ago with building PNL and the arena. Many people said it would ruin downtown, change the urban fabric and have a ...

Re: Missouri bill would change name of I-70 & I-44
His district covers part of I-44. He's mad that 44 isn't getting upgraded to three lanes. Performative pandering to his base. Bill has already passed to widen 70. Change all the signs on 44 to 70, and like a Loony Tunes cartoon, they widen between St. Louis and Joplin instead.

Re: Plaza move-ins (ongoing)
La Ramblas is 47 M wide, Nicols rd is 22 M. 47th 32 M. Love the concept, but I don't think there is a way to do anything significant in the median of any of the Plaza streets. La Ramblas, and Barcelona in general, was fantastic as a pedestrian. I think they did a cut and cover down La Ramblas for th...

could have been in context to closing all of the streets or something to that effect. Or perhaps giving the streets a major road diet to still allow for a single lane of one way traffic, who knows? But I believe most of the renderings and presentations thus far have supported creating some areas as...
