To the comment that Oak Park has the only Nordstrom in KC it's impossible for it to go down, I say Indian Springs Mall once had a Macy's.

Copaken probably decided to get out of the retail business. Mission Mall? The Walk at High Point?. The only reason Oak Park was ever successful is by virtue of its location. This is actually not a high class area. This part of Overland Park is chalk full of older run-down apartments and duplexes...
