This whole block will change dramatically in the next few years with this project and the Corrigan redevelopment+ streetcar!

LCRA = tax abatement. Up to 10 years 100% abatement on any improvement. The City typically requires rezoning to UR when any incentive is used (TIF, PIEA, LCRA, etc.)

RMW is currently "surcharging" the sub-grade adjacent to the retaining walls. The balance of the site was recently completed. Surcharging, is basically piling extra soil on the site and letting the natural settlement occur, compacting the sub-grade. I'd anticipate this to be completed soon...
