Re: H&R Block Construction Photos

Block is also incorporating a few smaller "amphiteatres" for use with smaller training events. I assume they will also be in this "training annex" being discussed.

My guess is they went to Mizzou.....  :P

sorry couldn't resist!!!  you're right though.  i'm surprised at how many people have no idea what is going on.  quite frankly, it worries me if the thing will ever flourish like it should.

Whole Foods = Whole Paycheck

I shop at Brookside Market....good prices, great selection, friendly professional staff. It's all good.  I'll be able to walk across the street after work from HR Block Center and pick up anything the family needs before I head home.

Google Earth

Not sure if anyone has downloaded Google Earth, but it's pretty cool.  You can get 3D views of Kansas City as you fly in from "space."  Thought folks here may dig it.

Re: OFFICIAL: H&R Block HQ

The "official" name of the building is H&R Block Center (chosen through an employee contest), so maybe they could just go with 1 H&R Block Center.

I agree with Kurtie though, not sure Block has anything wrong with 1300 or 13, etc.

party at hotel phillips

Agree, that place is sweet. I took a week long class there up in one of the conference rooms. Very handsomely done. It was hard to pay attention in class though with all the great smells from the hotel restaurant wafting up.
