That garage is very old & can't imagine easy to maneuver in as SUVs/trucks get bigger & bigger. I'd be fine with doing away with that garage entirely.

Saw someone say they wish it was more like Petco Park with downtown in outfield & I had a laugh because all the buildings in outfield were built AFTER Petco Park. Really turned that whole area around. Same with Coors Field, ballparks can indeed spur development.

The EV stadium looks like the K with modern takes. How anyone could compare that to the generic Marlins Park looking disaster on the other side is crazy. Put some more fountains & a crown video board up & it's pretty much fine with me. NKC looks like they randomly tossed elements from Soldie...

They showed the Frank White statue on the east end of the bridge too so maybe a little "come on now" to the old player.

Yeah, that ped bridge over 71 might be one of my most favorite things about the renderings. Could open up a whole world of possiblities.

Be like Target Field: join downtown without disrupting it by displacing so many other people/buildings for a sporting venue. This is it.
