I'm relatively new posting to this board so I now see most of the posters here are entrenched in their left wing bubble.
Duly noted and good luck with all that.

Re: COVID19
I would like to see the actual numbers. MSNBC presents data for a left political spin. Fox News does the same thing just the other way. This is the bad take and softens how destructive Fox News is. You can dislike MSNBC, but don’t pretend they and Fox News are different sides of the same coin. The ...

Would be nice if media would just give us the actual numbers and let us use our brains. And before anyone on the left or right trie...

Re: Phase Three Streetcar Expansion
I have a hard time believing that stadium tax is going to actually go away. At least not quietly. My bet is on a campaign to re-up it to get new stadiums in downtown and either at TSC or KCK. Yep. You're either going to renew it to refurb the old ones again or build new ones. Or let the teams leave...

https://i.imgur.com/q6nQUAQ.png Would be interested to see the hospitalization rate between this country and the EU. The US has done far more total tests, over 31 million so far and currently 500,000 per day. No kidding. Wish we had media that didn't have a political agenda. Just give us hospitaliz...

Would this be almost complete if the City Council hadn't torpedoed it?

Hope Cerner isn't headed down the road of Sprint. Successful company brought to its knees by bad management.

Re: Waddell & Reed - 14th & Baltimore
“Frankly, I am appalled that Waddell & Reed is attempting to secure tax incentives from Kansas City for the purposes of moving their headquarters from Overland Park,” said Rick Perry, a former senior vice president. “I would caution the KC Council and others to be very careful in entering into ...

Re: Would you like to see the Royals move to a downtown stadium?
Unfortunately, the old season ticket holder base love The K. They were the ones who squashed the idea of a downtown stadium last time before the renovation and I doubt their minds have changed since then. I myself would love a downtown stadium but unfortunately most of Kansas City is run by people w...

I'm guessing Nashville's City Council doesn't torpedo development for political gain.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question but is the new mayor Pro Streetcar? Will Phase 2 stay on track under him and the council?

And the Atlanta Metro Area is over double the size of KC. (5.8 million vs 2.1 million)
