Re: Westport

So weird, I remember always passing blarney on my way to chez Charlie’s and the youngest person in there was always st...

Re: Pickle Ball

That’s because JoCo is not innovative, some people are irrationally scared of the city and they have money. It's not JoCo It'...

Re: Pickle Ball

Because we live in a capitalist society where making money off short term fads is an established and acceptable practice. The city would be fiscally irresponsible to NOT take their money. It’s goal is to use revenue from all who wish to setup a business to benefit residents. I know the capitalism r...

In order to imbed consistency I will henceforth complain about any road that doesn’t make money.

I'd love this especially if it was still mixed with a small cinema

Re: OFFICIAL - Reverb (1800 Walnut)

It’s not unreasonable to believe that amenities aren’t always needed and not having them can drive activity in the neighborhood, however it is clear at this price point that is not the case in Kansas City. There are plenty of properties without amenities in downtown but none that expensive. It just ...

Saw a note this morning that a $150 million, 400 unit downtown apartment project that was in the works has been cancelled by the national developer. Port KC's broker announced that a $...

The increase in population would support more retail elsewhere, we still have empty spaces anyways

They would still have ground floor retail though right?
