I went last weekend and there was a rough crowd in the arcade late and on the 3rd floor in the 10 Spot night club, so hearing of the shooting on Saturday wasn't at all surprising.

Here's the real rendering. It's going to be the home of the new Johnny Kaws World Headquarters.

Given the bouts of violence in Westport, there is some sort of irony in naming a business "Shot Stop" or "Bomb bar."

It could be worse... at least it's not America's Pub taking over the district.

The structure won't be any taller than the taller tower crane on the left. They don't have the climbing frame on that one, but they do have one on the right shorter crane so it will be raised at some point.

Somewhere around May 1st. You can tell by the convention hotel construction. Portable red crane is there to assemble 2nd tower crane.
