If the setbacks are fine, don't come complaining when Broadway continues its march as downtown's #1 traffic sewer with no pedestrian activity.

The city will sacrifice Charlotte in a heartbeat -- one of the few north/south streets that goes all the way through downtown.

The Opus Crossroads project is not a 'go' yet due to environmental issues.

#5 would be on land owned by Brad Nicholson. I know of no additional details.
