The operative word on "Hyperloop" is "Hype". Government can't put higher-speed conventional trains on existing tracks, let alone new tracks. This will be a nice and much needed infill project, but 13th and Wyandotte will be sort of overpowered by parking structures. Southeast may be a neighborhood school, but it's the Swope Park neighborhood, not Brookside. A neighborhood school means the kids can walk there.
