Re: Three Light

A bigger issue than elevators is the sense that having a private greenspace is preferred if we happen to have another pandemic. I've heard from several friends in cities that they "wish they had a house right now" because of that. Not a big deal for us since we have a private deck and a shared gree...

Re: COVID & Carryout

I kind of wonder who wants that though. I can't speak for anyone but myself, but me going out was typically for happy hours with friends or dinners, but for the atmosphere. If I'm just sitting in a corner by myself in an empty restaurant, with staff walking around in masks and gloves, wondering who ...

Re: COVID & Carryout

I agree. And it puts you in the uncomfortable scenario of saying you're open but then having to turn people away if you're full.

It's going to be a long road back for a lot of these places. I assume restaurants will be phased back up to 50%. That seems to be what other places are doing.

Re: COVID19

I get that you don’t think I understand what a dividend is. I can assure you I do. If you would please tell me what was inaccurate about my statement I’d be happy to change and acknowledge. Two things I understand that dividends can be paid more than once on a reoccurring basis. Also when I said ta...

Re: COVID19

I've also been saying we need to cautiously bring back workforce with PPE/masks for all public yet the states have poor/no plans not involving that. Specifically saying there needs to be a better plan. Wearing masks is not a plan, seeing as how not even you are claiming that it will be sufficient t...

Re: COVID19

The real problem is that you clearly have no idea how dividends work, or who they're paid to. (And why). Yeah this is right. That's not how dividends work 🙈 I get that you don’t think I understand what a dividend is. I can assure you I do. If you would please tell me what was inaccurate about my st...

Re: COVID19

So we shouldn’t do something because it would upset the rich people? No company should pay dividends then immediately need a government bailout. They’re either grossly irresponsible with their funds or lying. In either case they should be allowed to fail. It’s obvious now that the workers and consu...

Re: OFFICIAL - Reverb (1800 Walnut)

^Looks good. They should've put lights under the steps but oh well. Still good infill. Looking forward to hearing more about unit rates and floor plans. I think the website will be posting soon. They have the floor plans. It's just finishing the pricing. It's going to be interesting to see where th...

Re: COVID19

California aggressively shut down early. Everyone needs to remember that if the surge never happened, it's because the actions some cities took worked. The problem with shit like this is that there will always be some idiot that says afterwords, see it was never a big deal, when in reality it just m...

Re: OFFICIAL - Reverb (1800 Walnut)

They're planning on opening a temporary leasing office within 30 days (we'll see 🙈).

Sounds like everything is moving ahead here even with the craziness. I'll share things that I find out if I think they're interesting. ☺️

Re: COVID19

This entire idea that you can turn on and off the economy is so dumb that it shocks me people keep talking about it. You can't order people to spend money and go places. People are only going to start going out again when they feel comfortable. What's the point of a closed movie theater vs. an open ...

Re: OFFICIAL - Reverb (1800 Walnut)

Yeah, my exercise is running. A gym means little to me. I care much more about being able to get out and read a book somewhere or have a drink and get some fresh air while still being home. I'd rather trash the pool and just have a place to sit outside. I'm in touch with leasing now. I'll update if ...

Re: OFFICIAL - Reverb (1800 Walnut)

Yeah, I saw that which helped. Pool and gyms don't bother me; I've found I don't use those much unless it's an outdoor pool. Looking more for common area layouts, especially rooftop stuff or any outdoor space. I've found I use more open common areas instead of the closed off ones. I'm trying to set ...

Re: OFFICIAL - Reverb (1800 Walnut)

Does anyone know more information about this place?

I'm seriously considering it, but I can't find anything about amenities and just how the place will be set up. I'm fine about how the apartments looks. Need to start making lease decisions here soon 🙈 perfect pandemic timing
