I love Halls. Shop there all the time, especially their sales. I wouldn't say it's going kaput. The home and beauty supply sections are going kaput. Somebody got a new drone for Xmas?

I bought it back in the beginning on November. Since I live in St. Louis and use it a lot there, I thought I’d bring it to KC to play around with.

Is this thing ever going to open? BizJournal article says that the developer won an extension to complete the first phase of this project (Midtown Plaza) by 12/31/2021 (originally was supposed to be 12/31/2020).
