Making a real mess of the 20th street sidewalk

I roll my eyes daily when they use the bobcat to clean the street, but conveniently do not do the bike lane or sidewalk.

They just installed a very fancy lighting system that I can see every night on the top floor... So I guess not anytime soon!

Hospital leadership updated staff at CMH that they are either looking into constructing decked parking at the current offsite facility or buying property around the newly constructed garage on 22nd (that admittedly is too small) and constructing another garage for the influx of staff as the research...

Unfortunately (for my case) the CID workers swept it all up today. So it looks like nothing is wrong. But my upmost goal for bringing attention to this building (besides the fact of keeping it from killing someone) is to hopefully get the conversations going to get this corner reactivated and a new ...

Nothing happening yet- but I had to report to the city that the old Seidens Furs building at 935 broadway now has brick littering both sides of the sidewalk. So hopefully they'll send some inspectors out on this eyesore.

The ground floor facing Main actually looks pretty good. Nice materials, lots of transparency for the lobby and coffee shop. Eager for the March opening as this corner needs a jolt of activity. I went last weekend and there was a rough crowd in the arcade late and on the 3rd floor in the 10 Spot night club, so hearing of the shooting on Saturday wasn't at all surprising. I live half a block down on Broadway and I can't count on my hands how many times I almost had to call the police after...

Walking by today I noticed they have started construction of the elevated walkway connecting the ballroom.

I wonder if this will have an effect on the planned driving range at One North development? They've really gotten behind on building more, so I guess it's perfect to capitalize on that but I feel like this one won't be as popular.

You can now see where the stage was (with the curtains still hanging). They also thankfully added a mister today since it was insanely dusty yesterday.
