When walking by it looks like more of the stonework on the corner of the building is shifting and becoming loose. Not good.

Watching that video made me hopeful of the lots to the north on Walnut being developed as well and how awesome that view would be.

While I am in love with that protected bike lane, those two curb cuts on Grand have to go. Drivers would block that bike lane all day every day trying to pull out onto Grand. And why is the garage entrance on Grand when the parking lot currently utilizes 17th St?
