It would be helpful to look at the crime rates for the neighborhood over a period of time to see what is accurate. I think instead of fast food let's say we need more take-out places downtown. Take-out is not necessarily McDonald's/Taco Bell/KFC. I always assumed parcels 8 and 9, the two bigger parcels on the far east side next to the interstate, would be developed as mixed use/office.
