Re: Midtown Graffiti problem

Obviously the city has a lot larger and more complicated area to cover but the whole "we have bigger fish to fry" attitude does little to reassure folks.  If you want people to feel safe, you have to take this 'petty' stuff seriously.  Unfortanantly, this attitude is the same attitude our...

Re: Well that didn't take long

child porn is scary for anyone, even if you don't have kids.  "Child" child porn is wrong, by all means, however, I think the goverment's definition of a "Child" is also wrong, too. I remember back when I was in high school (2003), it was the popular thing for kids to go to the ...

Re: Traffic cops and speed traps...

Dude, I drive 32 miles each way from home to school, and have done this for 2 1/2 years now. The key here is the word "habitually". I only speed when I see more than 3 cars zoom by me at least 10 MPH faster than what I'm going. When I see 5 zoom by me, I "keep with the flow", or ...

Re: Traffic cops and speed traps...

I notice you mentioned I-435 several places. I travel I-435 N/S between MO-152 (North of the River - east side [near Liberty], down to Holmes Rd. I see cops rarely. There's been times where I have done 80 MPH all the way down there, and times where I have pushed 90 MPH. Haven't done 100+ in a while ...
