KCATA will sell land at 31st & Troost to Milhaus for a 51 multifamily units. Milhaus will maintain the transit assets and landscaping.

First visit to Kill Creek Park over the weekend. Nice trails, but only a sliver of them is shaded. The new construction segments will actually be fast -- I think 110mph -- because they're being mostly built in the freeway right-of-way. Users have also figured out how to use the tires to create scuff marks all over the sidewalks. They are getting creative. I saw a fairly accurate portrayal of male genitalia at one location. Between that and the donuts motorcycles are leaving all over -- including in the middle of the Bond Bridge! ...
