The rooftop bar at Crossroads Hotel has a limited menu. Isn't The Fontaine's restaurant on the top floor?

Anyone happen to have any updates on this project, I haven’t been able to find anything about it anywhere
Haven't heard a peep. I suspect the incentive request fell on deaf ears.

As this is right along Main, no minimum parking requirements, correct?

I don't recall if they have an off-site lot or parking garage or no parking?
There are no parking requirements in the entire downtown loop.

Re: OFFICIAL - Waddell & Reed - 14th & Baltimore

Ok, so they are removing the angled parking spaces, and pushing the sidewalk out further to the street. Why remove valuable public parking? I guess if you don't have any retail it doesn't matter? There are doing similar with Reverb's pocket park Reverb is removing maybe two spaces. This seems like ...

Re: Prospect MAX

I recall reading awhile back that the City was looking into some sort of plan to build back housing and population in the area along Prospect, especially near the grocery store in the Linwood Shopping Center. There are about five (?) projects that are funded by the Central City Sales Tax that are l...

Re: Prospect MAX

Dave, how much of an increase has this line seen vs the other ones. I’m curious how BRT combined with free to ride will play out with ridership numbers. Not much. This is an interesting corridor that's been stricken by massive population declines and public safety issues. We're much more focused on...

Re: Renovations of apartment buildings along Armour Blvd.

The city council better not play games with this. This is great infill and that intersection is depressing at the moment Below market rate housing on Troost? I can't imagine they would balk enough to stop the deal. There seems to be a lot of negotiation on behalf of the taxing jurisdictions, but ul...

Buses dont cut headways during snow events do they?
Depends. If we're unable to get operators safely to the depot, then we'll have to skip runs.

Re: KCMO Downtown Streetcar

Lots of ice this morning. Delayed start with bus bridge ("streetcar link"). One bus + one streetcar later in the morning, then two streetcars running limited service (15-20m headways) by about 1pm.

I guess I just hang out with the wrong suburbanites. People who say things like, "If I had to take the bus to work I'd just not go in."
That doesn't mean they won't vote for a tax so someone else can take the bus... like their nurse or barista.
