The intolerance of differing opinions and refusal to even entertain a simple conversation is ridiculous. Y'all need to grow up.
Pro tip: It’s ok to be intolerant of intolerant people

I think somewhere along the way here, you’ve assumed that I’m a conservative so I’m cool with women being harassed? Which isn’t true and I have zero tolerance for it.

Re: Westport

Definitely agree there’s a culture of hostility in back of house restaurant environments and especially when it’s ran by a hot shot chef. The flat out sexual stuff is slightly surprising and the racial stuff doesn’t shock me a bit. These days, I think we have to take the sexual harassment allegatio...

Re: Westport

These days, I think we have to take the sexual harassment allegations with a grain of salt. I honestly think there are some people who are always looking to be offended. It’s almost a badge of honor to say your boss harassed you. I’m not saying it’s ok or that it doesn’t happen. It does and everyon...

Re: Earnings Tax

However, StrongTowns I believe has articles indicating that denser neighborhoods of older, city center homes contribute more total taxes per sq. mile to a city's coffers than less dense suburban neighborhoods -- even newer ones. And of course fewer miles of infrastructure to maintain in denser area...

India and several European countries will ban sales of new gasoline-powered cars by 2030 -- in nine years. Japan and China by 2035. South Korea likely to ban by 2035. Brazil is attempting to set a goal of 2035. California and Massachusetts will ban sales by 2035. That will drive conversion quickly ...

Re: Politics

Today’s events have depleted my emotions like few others I have witnessed over my lifetime. Our American democracy was literally under attack by a group of pathetic seditious “deplorables” that don’t deserve the title of Americans. They have every right to demonstrate with their street and boat par...

Wouldnt it have to have remediation if it was being torn down too? I can’t think of a better way to release a bunch of fibers than a wrecking ball.

Surely asbestos would have been removed before any demolition, I don’t think there’s any way to demo the building and leave it in place.

How do I sound defensive, I'm calling you out for your Bothsidesing. You're deflecting blame away from Trump and the GOPs terrible response to a pandemic by pointing out that the Democrats had the gaul to impeach him for trying to bribe foreign governments, so yea, you kind of sound like you're (wit...
