Re: Lamp Post District - Mission, KS
Anyway, chatter at the Mission Ward IV meeting tonight about potential redevelopment of the Mission Bowl site into residential. Seeing as I live directly behind the site, this is exciting. This has always been one of my favorite quick views of downtown. This and the drive along 169 next to the DT Airport.

Stockyards 1895
Sorry if this is a duplicate post from the past. Was digging around the Library of Congress' website, and found an interesting map of the West Bottoms from 1895. You can find it at https://www.loc.gov/resource/g4164k.pm0 ... 66,0.678,0
The zoom in quality is quite good.
Enjoy!

Re: 119th St from Strang Line-Renner (over I-35) in Olathe
The Santa Fe/135th Street bridge needs to be redesigned before 119th is tackled. The I-35 northbound exit onto Santa Fe going east is a nightmare.

Springfield along with SW Missouri is growing pretty steadily. We have several large transporation upgrades which have been made or are in progress throughout the city. Including Highway 65 being upgraded to 6 lanes & the $57 million 60/65 interchange among others. Missouri State is constantly g...

I'm down here in Springfield, and we love our DDI. The lady in the article must be either 125 years old or to stupid to read signs. Everything is clearly marked and not difficult at all. We love it so much we are actually building another @ National and James River Freeway.

Yes there are more things in Springfield than Bass Pro Shop. I am a Planning student here at Missouri State, (only accredited AICP undergrad program in Missouri), and have decided to show you guys some other sides of Missouri's third largest city. I'm not going to do everything at once, but in diffe...

Here are a few items to consider before you all bash it. - In 2005 the passenger volume for the current terminal reached capacity with 900,000 people for ...
