Hard agree with you, CrossroadsUrbanApts. Their hearts are in the right place but boy howdy do they have some funky means.

The standard media protocol is to 1. ignore Troost 2. report breathlessly on crimes and 3. complain about new developments. Stalled and complicated development doesn't really fit into any of those categories.
