Talk about disappointing. I'm sure we haven't heard the last of this project. I guess back to the drawing board for them.

Re: Plaza move-ins (ongoing)

i didn't read the article but my guess is construction will start next year. on their website they've changed the date to a fall 2022 opening.

I guess this is good news for oak park mall, it buys them another year to figure out what to do with that big space.

Re: Oak Park Mall Update

Oak park mall is going to have a really tough time once Nordstrom also moves out. Not sure what they’re going to do going forward.

Guess whose back
Same proposal?
I'm surprised. Considering the current pandemic and how hard hit the hospitality industry has been you'd think a luxury hotel is the last thing on the development list.

Website finally updated
It's a nice rendering. This is the first time I noticed they had the light rail running through it as well. Can't wait to see the skyline when it has strata, and four-light filling up the rest of that same image.

Re: OFFICIAL - Strata (H&R Block's 2nd Tower)

Not sure if anyone noticed this but it seems like this project was taken off of the copaken brooks site. Anyone have an update about this ? The strata page was updated and republished. The leasing brochure was removed. The biggest change: Construction is expected to commence Summer 2020 with a comp...

Forever 21 is on their way out. Confirmed that Plaza, Summit Fair, and Legends locations are closing.
that would be a good location for a zara. it'll be interesting to see how Taubman utilizes that big spot.
