There are some recent permits on 3110 Troost for partial demolition and new electrical, but I don't see any hints on what they're actually planning.

Maybe someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't look like any permits have been filed since 2021. Hard to imagine any movement with current interest rates unless a new owner/investor comes in.

Fixed it for you. I was hoping for some added shade from Troost to Main, but the road diet info they released didn't seem to include any.
