Different developer. Looks like it was sold to Price in 2018. This building could have easily been incorporated into a larger development scheme with the lots to the north. We really shouldn't be tearing down any buildings in Kansas City unless they are beyond saving. Our urban core has suffered far...

This will never get built unless a big chunk is pre-leased. I wonder why this couldn't have been redeveloped instead of turned into a vacant lot. The building seemed to be in decent shape.
