Re: Regional Transit Coordination

We should be studying BRT or LRT to JoCo, Vivion, Arrowhead, Bannister or Cerner concurrently. Upsetting our Public officials don't support this.

Re: Downtown Baseball Stadium

Baseball builds big empty stadiums because tax payers let them. We should be asking why every team demands a stadium they fill 1 or less times a year

I would be alot less bothered by the designs if Cordish actually started putting up 2,3, etc towers at a time. Agree that things can be do to change the design without breaking the bank

Re: Is KC Tenants destroying the development future of downtown KCMO?

The farm fields of JoCo, Northland, and Lee's Summit are being gentrified. Exactly, and it’s pretty hard to flesh out transit to SFH and low rise apartments at 199th an 169 Hwy, so it’s all auto centric, which will further exacerbate the climate issues we already face. It baffles me that the large ...

This came up on google today Speaking of air service I had a nice chat with the director earlier today. Here’s what he shared with me (that he allowed me to share) - The Delta sky club likely won’t be the only club, negotiations ongoing with other operators. - The airport is prepared to offer up to ...

Those specs are a bit smaller than most MLS training centers but it's close. Sporting KC has a new training center so this project has to be for a lower-tier men's team, NWSL, or a collegiate team.
