Also worth noting, the 7th Street Methodist Church at 7th & State as well as the rest of the block has been brought down. This is in anticipation of KCKCC and a new Downtown Campus.

So is the building being demolished or just vacated? KCK won’t even have a downtown left if it tears down much more The building itself is on the National and State Historic Register as well as in the New Downtown KCK Historic District, also on the State Register.
