Re: Economy

KC's looking good for a decent 2021 climb. We will outpace the rest of the country for sure but not be back to the pre-covid economy until 2023 according to many predictions.

Re: Politics

What's so hard to understand how valuable the electoral college is? The Presidential race was never meant to be a "popularity" contest. The difference between people's life styles and beliefs in rural America Vs Urban America is drastic. I've been in both. Why should the rural communities have to li...

Re: Politics

The perception of being a red state isn't the problem. Red states have values. The problem is being perceived as a gullible bunch of dupes who fall for the cult leader's pussy-grabbing, value-free bullshit. Interesting. Still hung up on the fact he said he “could” grab a pussy but never has been pr...

Re: Three Light

This project has really dragged out. I never would have thought that Copaken Brooks would have announced, built and opened two residential towers before this has even broken ground, especially since this 3 Light has far more aggressive incentives than the Copaken Brooks projects. Neither one of tho...

Re: Politics

Agree KC and STL will vote blue but not sure I understand the negative perception of being a red state? The beauty of this country is there are 50 states of varies different political leanings. Money/corporations sure don’t shy away from red states. Texas is kicking ass for example.

Re: Politics

CNN was 4% opinion content the same year. Do you happen to have a source for this? I too am quite skeptical of that figure The Project on Excellence in Journalism report in 2006 It looks like CNN has added more opinion content since then and MSNBC a ton. In 2013 percent opinion content: MSNBC: 85% ...

He has no source. Too busy picking out his 2021 renascence outfit.

Spire has fixed the roads and sidewalks but used non-matching bricks. Annoys me because all they had to do was keep the bricks they removed to our back. Such a sloppy job.

I don't believe that for one second. Watch any random hour worth of CNN and you're likely getting 99% "Opinion" material... not 4%.
Agree.

Should they rename the area to Abbotroads? That guy buys up everything. At least they do good work.

Minus pulling up the advertising list, which isn’t really empirical data
I also posted a link previously about the demographics of the three main networks..... you know, data. I’m not pulling this out of your ass. Feel free to find conflicting data and prove me wrong.

Fox is on Pace to make 1.32 400 million from my pillow guy 400 from collective coins and chess pieces 100 from forged in fire knives The rest from legit household companies Lmao, probably not too far off. Re: Politics

They all have idiotic opinion hosts who drive me insane. Hannity, Cuomo, Maddow etc. They all also have a few great journalists who keep it level headed. CNN has spent a ton of money for getting things wrong where as Fox has spent a ton of money for sexual harassment. They all suck balls. Yes, beca...

No, I'm not making things up. I was referring to an article I read earlier this week, but it was only referencing a few polls to compare. This is the first I'm seeing the information you shared. I wasn't making things up and nothings sad, after seeing this new information (to me) I was wrong. So in...

These are not equivalent In your opinion. I posted a fairly detailed study breaking down the demographics of each and the viewership is similar. The amount of opinion Vs hard news is similar. Unless you're watching mid-day, you're getting a biased slant from all of these channels. Morning, evening ...

The polls in 2016 looked almost identical with Clinton leading at this stage. Hard to predict what's going to happen besides it's going be close and the surge in mail-in voting will for sure be a big wrinkle. wow, that's so wrong that it's sad how you're just making things up https://projects.fivet...

Re: Politics

Yeah, Fox News sucks If you don’t consider CNN and MSNBC on par with or even worse than Fox News, I would question your reality. There was an April 2020 lawsuit where the Fox News ownership said they had the right to give opinions on the air In 2006 68% of their content contained personal opinion T...
