I think moving to the paywall/subscription concept was the final nail in the coffin. Instead, they should have simply copied all the highly successful free websites that rely on clicks to obtain advertisers.
Didn’t they still trying doing that with sensationalized headlines and stories?

I'm not sure but with such a close relationship, I can see them working with JED on something over there. I'd like to see them get into the mid-rise apartment/condo game.

Loop cap applied for BUILD grant of 25% project costs in 2018. Do we know if they plan on reapplying this year?
Is this available to the public like the streetcar applications are?

Wadell & Reed's earnings are expected to decline by 35% yoy in the second quarter. Not great but not as bad as many other companies. We are lucky that this project started when it did. There's still time to try to cut cost out of this... Lease and financing were already signed. I would think that l...

From Port KC mtg today: $10 million BUILD grant for $17 million extension to riverfront being sought by KCATA this year. Burns & MAC leading the report. Any word on if Isle of Capris will kick in any money to extend it to them? It wasn’t mentioned in the meeting. Will the proposals be public?

They won’t cut any costs due to the virus and current situation. Cordish feels there’s still plenty of demand left. That seems in-line with my experiences. I think any permanent shift to WFH will only benefit downtown living in KC. Urban minded people on the coasts will have more flexibility to mov...

I believe the annual awards are competitive? I know each session the legislature tries to gut the progr...
