It looks like the Louis Curtiss house is back on the market. Sad to see the previous buyer hasn't done too much except gutting. $400k seems a lot for just a shell.

A larger issue is a majority of Cerner's employee's (especially the ones at this campus) are young professionals or new grads straight out of college. On the topic of tall buildings in STL, I was looking at apartments downtown and came across this rendering below. Does anyone know when the last 10+ story, or even 5+ story built in downtown was? It seems like this is the biggest and the only development in Downtown STL that I can think of.
