Re: Downtown recovery

What is the methodology of that cell phone data? For example as we mentioned more downtown residents and if we assume many of them are part of the hybrid workforce, them being downtown more than 2019 (many commuted out to jobs) could be adding to those numbers more than one would want to measure rec...

Re: Downtown recovery

The draw to "place" for offices seems stronger though so not sure Cerner's space is much of a competitor except for those who simply want a lot of space as cheap as possible. Interesting use of data to measure recoverability. I'm also not sure ever getting "back" to 100% is the o...

Re: OFFICIAL: Power & Light District

yeah they did 13th and grand a couple weeks ago. Frustrating have to try all these baindaid fixees. Need to change the laws to allow for stronger penalties. Impound a few cars a week after they do it and that will dry up pretty quick.

Re: OFFICIAL: Power & Light District

the trash in that stairwell was not from world cup fans. I've been around downtown enough to tell the difference between fan trash and homeless caches. Agreed they typically keep it very clean and tend to actively keep loitering type of activities down which was the nexus of my surprise in the situa...

Re: OFFICIAL: Power & Light District

Saturday afternoon. There was definitely more trash in that stairwell than what was created in a short amount of time. Totally understand struggles with homelessness and very sympathetic to the situation (on both sides), I was surprised Cordish seems to be letting it go to have that level of garbage...

Re: OFFICIAL: Power & Light District

Went to Johnny's over the weekend and walked a friend down to their car in the garage afterwards. That entrance off of Grand going down to the garage was a filthy mess of trash and probably had 8 homeless people in there blocking the way down the stairs. Pretty surprised Cordish lets that happen.

PNC is a major sponsor, wouldn’t be surprised to see them open a location.
Let's hope this isn't the "exciting concept" mentioned in the 3L thread.
