Re: Fantasy Retrofits: Barney Allis Plaza

I couldn't watch it all but Hall and Shields were both pushing back in the 12th and Broadway land purchase for a cheap garage. That have me a little bit of faith.

Re: KCMO Downtown Streetcar

Many non summer months (Jan, March, may, October) are highest in 2019.

April is the only one that is really the outlier for 2019 growth patterns.

Re: Downtown Parking Enforcement

The post sure sounded like you were very frustrated to walk a few blocks away from the restaurant you were attending. Apologies if i read it wrong. I don't get why anybody complains about parking in any of those neighborhoods and then is perfectly fine parking at Truman sports complex or their favor...

Re: Downtown Parking Enforcement

I don’t understand the complaints about parking downtown. However I recently went to the rivermarket and couldn’t take the streetcar. That parking situation was a nightmare. It was for Sunday brunch so area was busy. Your first problem was going to the river market to take the streetcar. Smart user...

Re: Status and future of the River Market area??

Re: We are getting a new airport!!!

I at first had issues with no covered tunnel from garage to terminal but it's pretty common at all airports and seems fine. If it's raining when you are parking for a departure just go down to the bottom level and walk across

We are probably the largest major city in us with basically 0 parking enforcement expect for maybe Mesa Arizona
There seems to be quite a bit more than there used to be. I haven't seen the numbers that would back that up. Parking committee is probably getting that info.

Re: KCMO Downtown Streetcar

I long for the day of the most frequent service during am rush. That's the time riders are most time sensitive when deciding if they will use the streetcar or not
